uncle justin's house at tiong bahru's old estate

went to my uncle justin's house after cny reunion lunch one day, and was like a real estate agent the whole time, taking pictures like nobody's business. but it's not always that you get to step into such an apartment. he's going to let it undergo a major renovation soon i think.
